1. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Please include your order number, product model, reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Where reasonably possible, the return should include:

• Original packaging.
• Manuals.
• Cables.
• Mounting accessories.
• Other included components.
• Proof of purchase or order information.

Normal inspection of the product after delivery does not automatically make a product ineligible for return.

Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, disassembly, or use contrary to supplied instructions may not qualify for a full refund, subject to applicable law.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If we confirm a product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, YOYIRYB HOME will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, return, or refund.

For an approved return caused by a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, YOYIRYB HOME will cover the authorized return shipping cost.

4. Returns for Other Reasons

For eligible returns that are not caused by a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue.

5. Refunds

After an authorized return is received, we will inspect the returned product.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
